TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thanks for visiting UNIQUE CHOICE Company’s (“UC” “we” “our” “us”) website (“our Site”). Access to and use of the Site and related services (collectively the “Services”) are made available to customer (you) in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on the Site (collectively the “Terms of Service” or “TOS”). By using the Services, such as placing orders on the Site, you are agreeing to all of the TOS. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing orders on www.uniquechoicearoma.com.

This agreement does not acknowledge any relationship between you and UC. Nor does it entitle you to hold yourself a representative of UC.

UC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions continuously and we advise you to read them regularly from time to time.

 

1. Eligibility to Purchase

In order to place orders with us, you must meet our conditions of eligibility:

s age 18 years or over

s possess a PayPal account or a valid Credit Card issued by a licensed bank acceptable by UC for payment

s provide personal and payment details that are warranted to you to be both valid and accurate (email address, name, phone number, billing information etc. as indicated on the Site).

 

1. Placing Order

All orders are subject to availability.

Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other buyers.

Once an order is placed for any available items, no changes can be made to that order.

UC reserves the right to delay shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control, and the right to decline an order in case the order does not receive express verification and approval from the customer’s bank.

 

1. Acceptance of Order

Once you have selected a product and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is just a confirmation that we have received your order, but NOT an acceptance of your order.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order by us will deem a contract between you and UC is formed. The language of the contract is in English.

We reserve the right not accepting your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, or the shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is then withdrawn. 

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

1. Payment

Payment can be made by Credit Cards, PayPal and bank transfers which may be clearly advertised at our Site from time to time. By placing order using credit card, you have to confirm that the Credit Card(s) is/are yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to UC, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 

1. Sales Pricing Policy

Prices shown on our Site are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The HKD price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in HKD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

 

1. Shipping Terms

Our invoice shall declare the exact value of the order(s) purchased. All our orders are shipped only within Hong Kong and Macau via Hong Kong Post for local delivery and Macau delivery.

Our shipment is from Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Order placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday that follows (or the next working day if Monday falls on a public holiday). This delivery timeline provided is just for reference, we do not take responsibilities for any delays caused by payment authorization or delays arising due to customs clearance procedures at destinations.

If orders cannot be reached the customer’s delivery address due to wrong information provided by customers or non-compliance with import requirements at destination countries, we will return the order(s) back to Hong Kong under possible resolutions. All expenses incurred due to this shall be borne by the customer, and UC will charge such expenses to the customer.

If customer(s) chooses to self pick up the orders at UC, the pick up time shall be pre-agreed between UC and the customers.

 

1. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of these terms shall be governed by Hong Kong SAR law.

Notwithstanding the above, this provision shall not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by provisions which cannot be derogated from by agreement in the country of your habitual residence.
